A finely carved strategic move towards a growth enabled future would empower citizens, put learning over education, help in re-skilling the people, create new sustainable employment opportunities, change and improve the overall lifestyle situation, boost economic growth, transform the businesses and enable a strong Information technology platform.


Right from the beginning of our civilization, trade and businesses have been undergoing various changes, bringing about improvements infrastructure and empowering the people. Typically any business today has a high dependence on a robust, industrial and business policy, web enabled, and flexible information & communication infrastructure to nurture corporate agility and productivity. A co-created growth oriented accelerators in IT and management would ensure new ways to establish relationships, connect, collaborate, conduct business and build bridges between people, as it also touches the core of all business functions and even transform the way in which organizations are managed.


While the benefits emerging from a newly designed sustainable growth drivers in the field of Management and IT are highly significant, the challenges emanating from the same cannot be ignored. Inorder to stay relevant to the context , the organizations/industries have to contribute to a realizable, effective and sustainable approach.


With these philosophies and background, the National Conference organised by Chinmaya Institute of Technology on Vision 2030 CREATING SUSTAINABLE GROWTH ACCELERATORS IN MANAGEMENT AND IT - is an endeavor to bring together all the stakeholders including the academicians, researchers, businesses, policy makers, entrepreneurs, students, civil society, rural change makers and any interested individual to one platform for sharing their experiences, ideas, viewpoints and collective intelligence. The unique format of this event will not only request the stakeholders to submit papers documenting their research and findings on the various benefits and challenges of a true Vision 2030, but also use the conference to define all the possible challenges, brainstorm on solutions and develop an effective action plan for implementation of ‘Vision 2030’ idea.

Full-Papers of authors that are accepted having duly completed the registration process will be published in Conference proceedings with ISBN Number

For Management papers:

Abstract and Full-Papers complete in all respects should be typed in double-spaced with a letter font size of 12. Authors are required to comply with the APA style of referencing only and submission must be in MS-Word format (no other format will be accepted).
